Snake Avoidance Training Class (Alpharetta) (1 SPOT REMAINING)

Tuesday, April 16, 2024 - Tuesday, April 30, 2024
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

It's that time of year! The weather is getting warmer and snakes will be making an appearance soon.

In the past several years, there has been an increase in snakes, and snake bites, as a result of warmer winters.

Our dogs are very curious and are often the victims of snake bites, which can be not only scary, but potentially deadly.

Our Snake Avoidance Training uses reward-based methods to teach your dog to avoid snakes and actually alert you when a snake is nearby.

You and your dog will learn the following:

  • Visual and olfactory cues that teach your dog to alert to snakes and avoid them
  • What to do when you and your dog encounter a snake
  • How to teach your dog what to do when they encounter a snake and you aren't present

Class Details:

  • 5:30pm at North Park in Alpharetta with Trainer Mandy
  • 3 Weeks Beginning April 16th
  • $150 for the class
